@Patrick, There seems to be a discrepancy with how this site records this agent's replies.
The Last Reply and Last Request in Quick Stats are both dated 7/22/2025. However, in Data Explorer, replies of any kind are last dated 7/17/25. It makes me wonder if she has sent replies after 7/17/25 (which Quick Stats seems to indicate) that are not reaching her intended recipients.
