LSEngel, I would wait at least 12 weeks before following up with a nudge unless you have an offer of representation or the agency says to follow up if you get any full requests. Sometimes agents take a little longer or a little less depending on how many queries they get.

Does anyone know if we should follow up? The agency website says that they expect/estimate all agents to reply within two months, but they don't mention following up. Aiden seems to reply to almost all queries (at least in the genre that I write [YA Fantasy]). I checked the query timeline, and almost all the queries around mine (until about a month ago) have been replied to. I don't want to be rude. Any advice? (Also, if we're meant to nudge, does anyone know how to do that?) Thank you so, so much!

Middle grade fantasy at 61K words

"Thank you for querying me with [TITLE]. I really appreciate the work you put into this novel, as well as the effort it took to send it my way. With that being said, I will not be requesting additional materials at this time. I wish you the best of luck as you continue your querying journey, and I hope you will consider submitting to me again in the future."
