She asked for the full 3 days after I queried, and then rejected after 17 days. I've got to say, this one hurt. Not only was it my first, but I saw so much of what she seems to like in writing in my manuscript. Still, I completely understand that an agent has to really love a project as much as you do to champion it.
I do want to note, she is so professional and goes the extra mile. She clearly read the manuscript so thoughtfully, I can tell by her response, and she gave me very personalized information on what didn't work for her, mentioning so many of my characters' names in her email.
She seems to like quite voice-driven, so if you're a voice-y writer, I say definitely query with her.
