Took her two years to finally send me a form pass. Not impressed.

4/16/25 Moe responded and closed query with the following message:

Many thanks for your patience! I've just been able to regain access to my query inbox after my move to TriadaUS in January. As a result, you're receiving a pass from me today. Please note this pass is *not* based on the content of your project whatsoever as it has not been reviewed — but this was the only way I could get back to my inbox!

If you still wish for me to consider your project, I look forward to receiving it again soon. I have a specific form for all folks who wish to be reconsidered to "skip" the line and this form will be taking responses through July 31st.

Understand if they were going through something and honestly excited for the second chance, this was a dream agent I queried too early. Thought I'd share this timeline for prosperity's sake.

Same, took over a year to hear only to be offered a second chance at rejection. Not professional.

Just received a pass - it only took 381 days! I had forgotten that I even submitted this query. Not a professional response time. Meanwhile, the manuscript is now a book with a respected publisher. This agent game is sad.
