Thanks for the responses. Yes, I noticed that for a while, people were responding quite frequently with her responses and then the responses all but stopped entirely. It is odd, hopefully she's just taking a personal hiatus or something.

@JoshHDavidson You can manually override the auto-close if you want to remain in the queue. I'm not even sure the agent can see those in QM.
Today I sent Ms. Ross a polite follow-up nudge via QM, thinking I might get an auto-response saying what her intentions were, but nothing. No notices on the agency website, her personal website, or her Twitter account, either. I hope she's OK, because this seems rather strange.
I think I'm going to withdraw my query with Ms. Ross in QM and query another High Line agent. I see they have a process where you can submit a query to a closed agent, and they will hold the query until the agent opens.

@JoshHDavidson I submitted in March and have heard nothing :( (Querymanager automatically marks as CNR at a certain point) Seems like she was clicking along responding to people a while, and then just disappeared. I'm wondering if she had "maybe" pile to come back to but had more submissions than she could get to.
Has anyone received a full request from her since March?

My query expired (Closed/No Response) probably a month ago. Has anyone actually got a reply from her? Seems like she just disappeared.
